There are a few different scenarios with regard to subscription renewals.  The most popular way to enjoy My Garden Box is experiencing monthly collections for 3 to 6 months.  The following examples explain how renewals work for several of those common scenarios.


Purchasing a gift subscription...

  • The default setting for gift subscriptions is "will not renew".
  • 1, 3, 6, and 12 month subscription terms can be purchased as a one-time gift.
  • If set to "renew", subscriptions will renew based on the original term selected.
    (ex. - 3 month subscriptions will renew for another 3 month term.)

Purchasing a multi-month subscription...

  • The default setting for multi-month subscriptions is "renew".
  • 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions will renew based on the original term selected.
    (ex. - 3 month subscriptions will renew for another 3 month term.)

Purchasing a monthly subscription...

  • The default setting for multi-month subscriptions is "renew".
  • Subscription will renew each month and can be cancelled at any time.

More about how renewals work

  • You can log in to your account and change the renewal setting at any time.
  • Your on-file payment method will be charged on the 1st day of each renewal month.  
  • "Skip a month" allows you to delay the new renewal date by one month.
  • For any special ship date requests we recommend you contact support@mygardenbox.com or create a help ticket.
  • Renewal dates can be changed via special request to support@mygardenbox.com or create a help ticket.
  • Cancellations must be processed by midnight on the last day of the month to avoid renewal.  Refunds are available for unshipped boxes.  Please review our refund policy and/or contact us via email for refund requests.
