We offer refunds for any unshipped orders. We are unable to offer refunds on shipments that have been shipped or marked 'delivered' by the shipping carrier. We recommend paying close attention to scheduled shipping and delivery dates. Please make arrangements to reschedule or redirect packages that you will be unable receive before they leave our doors.
